From LQWiki
Coyote is a floppy based Linux distro intended for internet sharing. A Windows or Linux wizard or bash script allows you to create a floppy which contains just enough to allow internet sharing via NAT, with a DHCP server.
One user has reported that it is currently a bit buggy, especially using dialup (which didn't work for them in the Windows wizard) However, that user reported that it was quite effective once working and was really interesting, mostly because of the odd experience of using a Windows wizard to create a Linux system.
