FreeCNC is a free, open source implementation of the game engine for the popular Command & Conquer game for windows. Because its only the game engine, you still need the data files from the CD to play. For those wondering why you need the files: the files contain maps, sounds, drawings, etc used by the game engine to produce the playable game on the screen, as such any data files will do, different datafile mean a different game or campaign (however you want to look at it).
