The Kylix IDE supplied both a C++ and a Delphi development environment, for Linux. Kylix seems to require the 2.4 series kernel at the latest, as it has consistently failed to install on any distro running a newer kernel.
This IDE is a Borland product, that has been discontinued. At one time they did have a free version available for download, which was licensed for use on Open Source projects only.
