KPDF is a KDE tool to view pdf files as well as to copy-and-paste text and images from them. It belongs to the package kdegraphics. KPDF will be succeeded by okular.

As KPDF is a part of the kdegraphics package, it cannot be downloaded separately. To get KPDF, best install kdegraphics from your distribution.

Handling

To cut-and-paste out of a pdf document, mark the area by holding the right mouse button and drawing the mouse.
