You have two headings at the beginning: hardware modems and software modems. However the reader (like me) does not have an idea and cannot have an idea what his modem belongs to. So he does not know where to read on and has to read everything. In this case, you could as well omit any heading. --ThorstenStaerk 06:03, October 12, 2009 (UTC)
