Clock showing the wrong time
Under SUSE, everytime you change the clock (for example because of daylight saving time shift), the clock will run too slow or too fast afterwards. To overcome this, delete /etc/adjtime and restart the computer.
Sound problems
If you have sound problems, you must initialize your sound system for the first time under SUSE. To do this, open a console and type
yast2 sound
Delete your sound card. It stays there. Select it, choose "Edit". Choose an advanced configuration and play a test sound. You must be able to hear this test sound.
