Cool, all it needed was to be created. Now, my question is, should I redirect it to bootstrap or bootstrapping since it's just a shortened way of saying bootstrap?

I'd actually make the 'boot' page the direct page and redirect 'bootstrap' here - and just not create 'bootstrapping' one way or the other - at least not yet. Most people probably think of it as 'boot' and it's the most concise title. Whichever, though. :)
