I propose for this page placing the more tricky general instructions to a seperate page, as many users will probably be looking for the "quick fix". Though not worth doing until somebody adds instructions for atleast KDE (preferably other window managers aswell_ I would myself but I don't know how, as I have never used KDE more than briefly on various liveCDs. SO this is a plea someone add other instructions pls.

This page doesn't (yet) show how to handle keys that don't generate xev events but do generate
kernel: atkbd.c: Unknown key pressed (translated set 2, code 0xe2 on isa0060/serio0). kernel: atkbd.c: Use 'setkeycodes e062 <keycode>' to make it known.
