The Scanner

I want to start scanning now and all this article says is I need the correct drivers: "The SANE backend drivers may be used to drive the scanner hardware while the XSane GUI front-end acts as the end-user interface." I have known this before and regard this article as zero-information, irrelevant and telling only obvious things. --ThorstenStaerk 15:39, October 31, 2009 (UTC)
