Got the impression from the Set up NTLarticle that you're in the UK. This true? Might want to say something about it. I'm getting the impression that these userpages have a godawful amount of googlejuice. So it might be a good idea to put as much bio info as prudent here, a good way to make contact with computer professionals (and better your chances of getting a job in the field). Anyway, please check out my comments in the NTL talk page. Sounds to me like the service is just a bare-bones cable modem service, with a few quirks. If so, the article could be trimmed a lot.
