I'm not sure that this will be read, but I would like to become an administrator. I have been an administrator at Wikipedia for three months, and a user for more than six. I have noticed many style issues (including an incomplete manual of style), and I think I would be better able to fix them if I were an administrator. ugen64 22:40, Mar 5, 2004 (EST)

ugen64, if you are interested in the development of the LQ wiki, please join the mailing list ( http://lists.linuxquestions.org/mailman/listinfo/lqwiki-list ). We will be adding more wiki admins soon, we just need to get some policies cleaned up first. Thanks.

Hi. I think that the idea of a linux knowledge base as a wiki is great! I'm a contributor of Wikipedia (en and fr) and and hope that this wiki will become as useful and interesting to browse.

My main problem with the LQ.wiki is its appearance; the fonts in the articles are too small, the headers are too big and look like links. I know that all this will be polished over time, but I think that ASAP would be a good idea to avoid turning away potential contributors. MikeCapone March 06, 2004.

I agree that the headers are too big. I always use three equals signs for a top-level header to make them the right size. LordK 15:19, Mar 6, 2004 (EST)
This was updated yesterday - do you think it is better now? David ross 13:51, Mar 8, 2004 (EST)
Yes that is much better, and I like the slightly larger body text as well. However I think the second and third-level headings should be smaller than the top level and not indented. LordK 14:32, Mar 12, 2004 (EST)

Are you still around? 4dummies (talk) 18:05, January 15, 2019 (EST)
