I think this really is just an attempt to boost its google rank. This whole page should be nuked and username/login kicked out. Also old pages from the history are scanned by google, so leaving the history will still help his goals. Same goes for the old Insensitive clod page, which had similar link abusing :( Jor 11:25, Apr 28, 2004 (EDT)

Sbsummer - as Jor says, the links were inappropriate and trying to override Skyline's edit was doubly inappropriate, thus the page was deleted.
